I sensed this was coming as soon as the amendment, authored by a democrat no less was approved in Pelosi’s socialist healthcare reform legislation. Rep. Bart Stupak, a democrat from Michigan authored the amendment.

Now Axelrod has confirmed it.

Animal-FarmThink about Communism for a moment. The reason it was short-lived, was due to the fact they had to force people to embrace it, and partake in actually having their liberties and privileges taken away. If they didn’t, they were forced to participate, and that involved handcuffs, prison, etc.

Keeping that in mind, click below and watch this 2 minute clip.

Last night was a nightmare come true, as house democrats turned their backs on their base and voted to approve Pelosi’s bullshit healthcare plan. They were goaded on by Obama, who told them, “You don’t want those extremist teabag people to win, do you?”

One Republican, Joe Cao, who replaced “Dollar Bill” Jefferson in a democrat district from Louisiana voted yes. 39 Democrats voted no.

It’s now in the hands of the senate. Evan Bayh, beware.

FWIW, the Stupak-Pitts amendment to strip abortion funding from the bill passed. Now we’ll have to wait and see if it can survive the conference committee with the Senate, or a Supreme Court challenge.

Following is how your Indiana congressman voted.

Tell Congress: Remove Abortion Funding & Mandates from Needed Health Care Reform
Congress is preparing to debate health care reform legislation on the House and Senate floors.

Baron Hill a Blue Dog Democrat? Hardly. He calls Pelosi’s public option “a big win.” This is a bill that will result in penalizing Americans an estimated $167 billion if you think you don’t need insurance.

This is a bill that is 1990 pages long. They have 72 hours to read it. That’s reading 28 pages an hour, non-stop.

Transparency my ass.

Headline idea from Chris Faulkner on Twitter.

Via Politico

Hours after POLITICO posted results of a poll showing a possible backlash by Indiana Dems, Sen. Evan Bayh (D-Ind.) backed off of previous statement saying he was considering siding with the GOP on a public option filibuster.
