Her name is Jackie Sparling. Her and her sex offender sympathizers have been posting vile comments all day due to my “Sex Offender of the Day” feature.
I found the following on another site called, Evil Unveiled.

Jackie Sparling is a bitter sex offender activist who believes the government owes sexual offenders something for imprisoning them.
The motivation for her sex offender activism stems from the imprisonment of Donald Sparling, her husband of two years. Donald, a Long Island appliance repairman, was caught with another man, James Teal, trying to lure a 13-year-old Wisconsin girl to his house to be their “sex slave”. A search of Donald’s home by detectives revealed a receipt for an airline ticket to fly her to Long Island, NY and a search of Donald’s computer revealed plans to impregnate the girl to breed his own victims to abuse.
Aside from trying to lure a 13-year-old girl to his house to be his “sex slave,” Donald was found to have hundreds of photographs depicting children as young as 5 involved in sex acts. Among the photos found were some that James Teal had taken of himself while he sodomized a 6-year-old boy he’d abducted and drugged with sleeping pills.
Despite the predatory nature of her husband’s crimes, Jackie suggests the threat of sexual abuse lies within the home yet fights laws that will prevent sexual predators from living with children.
Jackie Sparling is well known for her complete indifference to the horrifying effects of sexual abuse on children, and seems to resent these victims. Perversely, Jackie tries to paint sexual offenders as victims of “unjust laws.” Not only does she dismiss even the most heinous of crimes as not being worthy of restrictions but she states she cares about one thing and one thing only: getting rid of the laws.
Jackie Sparling is a signatory on the Reform Sex Offender Laws Campaign which is attempting to gain support for removing almost all restrictions and penalties for sex offenders along with abolishing age of consent laws for prepubescent children and is affiliated with SOclear and B4U-ACT, an organization owned by Michael Melsheimer aka “Lek”, member of BoyChat and well known pedophile activist.

I used to run this frequently, and in the last two years have not posted much in regard to this subject. In light of the recent events, I once again will occasionally feature child molesters that work in retail establishments where children might be at risk.
Watson works at Bortolo’s Downtown Pizza & Ice Cream, 534 W. Berry Street in Fort Wayne (map). It is housed in the Westbury Apartment Building. The area is ripe with sex offenders, including several at the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission, as well as a couple that work at Fort Wayne Newspapers. Within a 3 miles radius there are over 15 sex offenders.

Update: Apparently Daniel Gordon was aware he was in violation of his probation, as he deleted his Facebook page. However, he has another one, which can be found here.
I corresponded with one of his friends, and confirmed this is indeed also Daniel Gordon.
Under IC 35-42-4-12 – Sec. 12 reads the following:
(e) A person described in subsection (b) who knowingly or intentionally uses:
(1) a social networking web site; or
(2) an instant messaging or chat room program;
that the offender knows allows a person who is less than eighteen (18) years of age to access or use the web site or program commits a sex offender Internet offense, a Class A misdemeanor. However, the offense is a Class D felony if the person has a prior unrelated conviction under this section.
We will see how long it takes for this one to disappear.
Original post: Daniel R. Gordon was convicted in 2004 of Child Solicitation. He has a page on Facebook. According to Facebook’s terms of use, he shouldn’t be there.
Report a convicted sex offender.
As stated in our Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, convicted sex offenders are prohibited from registering for our service. Once we are able to verify a user’s status as a sex offender, we immediately disable their account. When an account is disabled, the profile and all information associated with it are immediately made inaccessible to other Facebook users. One of the homeowners, Jason Slavey was arrested for child molesting back in 1997. There is no information that leads us to believe that the raid was related to any criminal sexual activity or misconduct. However, the FBI did take computers out of the home yesterday.

His name is Billy J. Smith and he is employed as a janitor by the Andrew Public Library in Andrews, IN, (Huntington county). He was convicted of child molesting in 1995. We’re told the library has stated because of the date of his conviction, he’s allowed to be employed there due to a grandfather clause, in spite of the fact that he occasionally is around during story telling time and special events that involve children.
I could not find that in the Indiana Code.
