By 2014, new federal regulations issued this week by the department of homeland stupidity will require all electronic health records must record your Body Mass Index: how fat you are. This new Draconian law also requires that these electronic health records be available on a national medical exchange.

So sayeth House Minority Leader John Boehner.

According to the Family Research Council, the high-risk pool, which is getting $160 million from the Department of Health and Human Services, would cover any abortion legal in the state.

“This is the boldest admission yet from the Obama administration that the President’s Executive Order on taxpayer-funded abortion was a sham,” House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) said in a statement. “The fact that the high-risk pool insurance program in Pennsylvania will use federal taxpayer dollars to fund abortions is unconscionable.”

To placate anti-abortion Democrats, President Obama signed an executive order barring use of federal funds to cover abortions in health insurance exchanges. That order does not apply to the high-risk pools.

“This was one of the many concerns from the beginning: that abortion language in the bill doesn’t cover high risk pools,” Susan B. Anthony List spokeswoman Kerry Brown told The Hill. “Many states will be implementing high-risk pools, so similar situations could happen almost anywhere.”

Sham baby.

New York University Study Won’t Go Over Well with the Far Left

Yesterday, Dr. Patrick Egan with the Department of Politics at New York University released a study covering a decade of research on political polling on homosexual marriage efforts. A scientific look at 33 state ballot initiatives since 1998 reveals that the homosexual demands groups are not making any headway convincing Americans that two men equal a mom and a dad.

I don’t listen to Michael Savage, but here’s an example of how the Obamaites are thinking.

So sayeth Obama at Hampton University today, to graduating young skulls full of mush.

“With iPods and iPads and Xboxes and PlayStations, — none of which I know how to work — information becomes a distraction, a diversion, a form of entertainment, rather than a tool of empowerment, rather than the means of emancipation,” Obama said.

Information becomes entertainment? Au contraire great O. You have it ass backwards. It is empowerment, and you and your people don’t like it. It’s getting harder and harder to brainwash the masses these days.

“All of this is not only putting new pressures on you, it is putting new pressures on our country and on our democracy.”

Being the prez can be a bitch when your hope-n-change lies are no longer believed.
