The Indiana election commission has voted that Judge Scheibenberger remains on the ballot. The statute in Indiana code applies to attorneys, not judges.

As we reported here, the dozen wingnut Kelty-ites that filed the complaint, were misguided in their smear campaign against the judge.

Judge Scheibenberger’s spokesperson told AWB the judge said, “Now we can focus on the real issues of the election, and winning in November.”

Good for Kenny.

Good for Kenny, yes, but is it good for Allen County?

    Ransom,

Kind of an open-ended question, don't you think?

So I ask this. "How does this make you feel?"

"Feelings, nothing more than feelings …. "

This Judge's race is a tiny tiny tiny blip on the screen for me—its Criminal Court and I could care less at the end of the day. I not only could care less, but also want to avoid that Court at all costs. The line up of folks that go into his Court are the same people week after week after week. It drones on. I do wonder whether judicial misconduct ever matters to anybody and, no, Matt Kelty didn't teach me to think that way—my Dad did. I never understood Kelty or his rabid supporters and I still don't get politics in this County. I never thought it was a good idea to attempt to remove the Judge from the ballot but that point doesn't affect my opinion about misconduct. I think I am more interested in keeping Socialism on steroids from devouring our country and, on that point, doesn't matter whether its Scheibenberger or Davis in that Court.
