It’s illegal to employ an illegal, but it’s not illegal for them to work, illegally?

It'll eventually end up in the SCOTUS with a 5-4 win for Arizona after a year or two of legal machinations, millions of taxpayer dollars, and countless cries of "racist" all to shore up a new bloc of democrat dependent voters.I think it will backfire on the dems, but then again I never thought they were stupid enough to elect this frickin' socialist either….____It's "bizzaro" world for sure.
According to the Federal Government, Arizona should not be allowed to enforce immigration laws (which were established by the Federal Government), because this would overburden the system.
By that same logic, then, couldn't every local police department refuse to enforce the Federal Government's laws pertaining to illegal drugs?
There are state and federal laws on alot of the same topics.
Drug, and use of firearms are just a couple that come to mind.
Alot of times at a bank robbery, the FBI (federal) uses local law enforcement to help with the crime, so why should this be different?
