The ACLU is clearly correct in their case, the ballot is unconstitutional, as is the prayer. The ballot itself is particularly troubling as it is clearly a case of the establishment of religion. I personally feel that if you need to be led in a prayer in order to feel like you are properly thanking God, then your relationship with your God is likely not as personal as it should be.
