Fort Wayne Mayor Henry taking lessons from Obama

Henry conducted a news conference Thursday to say he’s offering county government a loan to advance a space sharing plan, but after delivering prepared remarks, he left without taking questions from reporters.
The same thing happened Wednesday, after the mayor summoned news crews to urge citizens to wear “blue” this week, in support of the home state Indianapolis Colts playing Sunday in the Super Bowl.
The reason for the silent treatment is not clear.

You gotta have your priorities! A news conference to declare this weekend Colts weekend. Yet, the local economy is fragile. He's more willing to talk about a football game than the status of jobs in the area. You gotta be kiddin' me.
Typical politics. The hot item of safe discussion right now is the Colts. The hot item of unsafe discussion is our local economy, Henry's pay-off to Purcell, I mean his continued wage payment, Henry's insane loan offer to the county for the joint office venture. And the list goes on and on………I wonder if King Henry ever gave any thought to the notion of how the hell the county would pay that money back. The county government is in worse financial disarray than a drunken New Orleans resident and many of the members of council continue to want to prance around giving tax monies away…..Henry needs to go and so do certain members of county government!

Henry's brain is fried period way too many drinks at the Frog. HE IS THE BY FAR THE WORSE MAYOR that Fort Wayne has ever had period.
