Amber Alert issued for Grand Rapids teen

Police have issued an Amber Alert for a Grand Rapids girl last seen near her home, and believed to be traveling with a man whose criminal history may contribute to her danger.

bilde Fourteen-year-old Jessica Gerdracht is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 118 pounds, and has brown eyes and blondish-brown hair. Moises Espinoza Hernandez, 31, is described as 5 feet 1 inch and 140 pounds, with hazel eyes and short brown hair. He has tattoos on his right finger, right hand, left forearm and left hand.

He is currently on parole for assaultive crimes and may have organized crime connections, police say. The pair may be traveling in a black 1999 Volkswagen Jetta.

Anyone with information is asked to call Grand Rapids Police at (616) 456-3400, or dial 911 immediately.
