Organizing for America Volunteer Forum coming up

Next Tuesday, January 19, from 6-8 p.m., OFA will be having its first ‘Volunteer Forum’ as it plans for 2010. Volunteers from across Northeast Indiana will be coming together to discuss how OFA can be most effective during 2010 and past Health Care. Thanks for the thousands of volunteers across Indiana our entire Democratic delegation voted ‘Yes’ on the various health care bills in congress. Now we need to look past health care and to how we can help both the President and local candidates succeed in 2010. Join us as we plan for success on January 19th.

So they’ve won on healthcare? That’s news to me. They should be watching the Scott Brown surge in Massachusetts. Just yesterday alone he raised $1,303,302.50 for his campaign. If Brown wins, the Democrats will lose their filibuster-proof 60-seat advantage.
If any of you watched the Brown-Coakley debate last night, Martha Coakley showed just how ignorant she is when she declared Afghanistan to be terrorist-free and wants the troops to come home.
I think we have done what we are going to be able to do in Afghanistan. I think that we should plan an exit strategy. Yes. I’m not sure there is a way to succeed. If the goal was and the mission in Afghanistan was to go in because we believed that the Taliban was giving harbor to terrorists. We supported that. I supported that. They’re gone. They’re not there anymore.
Hmm.. maybe her aides forgot to tell her just ten days ago 8 CIA officers died at the hands of a suicide bomber. She’s obviously detached from reality.
I bet old Teddy Kennedy is watching and has a tingly feeling running up his wing.
As far as 2010 goes, they’d better prepare. It’s going to be one hell of a rocky road. Amazing how they’ve gotten so full of shit themselves in the last year.
