US Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack has plans to save the planet, one fart at a time.

By 2020, Vilsack claims dairy industry emissions will be reduced by 25% by convincing dairy farmers to capture cow farts. He announced at the Copenhagen bullshit climate change summit farmers will be able to acquire anaerobic digesters that convert cow farts to electricity.

Ah ha! Brainstorm. With all of the methane coming out of the 9th floor and the on-going attack aimed at I&M we have a plan. The picture below says it all.
