Here’s the official statement:
Vince Robinson has resigned from the position of City of Fort Wayne Public Information Director. His resignation has been accepted. The Mayor thanks him for his service and wishes him well in the future.
Michael Joyner has been appointed to serve as Interim Director of Public Information.
So once again, Mike Joyner will be saddled with more than one job.

So, any word on who Councilman Hines, er, oops, Mayor Tom will seek to fill the position?
I find it amusing that even though Vince Robinson was too dangerous for the Mayor’s office, he is still on the Imagine Schools board of director. If Mr. Robinson has a protective order against him, for violence against someone, he really should not be on a school board.
Doesn’t Willis appoint all those members? Doesn’t Willis appoint everyone? Not sure, just saying…
