Stupid. This is just stupid.
There’s this fat guy here in Indiana. His name is Adam Childers, and he was a cook at Boston’s “The Gourmet Pizza” in Schererville. When he went to work there, he weighed around 340 pounds. That’s about how much your refrigerator weighs, and apparently, this guy couldn’t keep his head out of same.
An Indiana court has ruled that a pizza shop must pay for a 340-pound employee’s weight-loss surgery to ensure the success of another operation for a back injury he suffered at work
Childers, who was then 25, weighed 340 pounds in March 2007 when he was accidentally struck in the back by a freezer door. Doctors said he needed surgery to ease his severe pain, but that the operation would do him no good unless he first had surgery to reduce his weight, which rose to 380 pounds after the accident.
Sorry fat-ass, but that 200+ pound load you’re carrying between your nipples and that thing you haven’t seen in years is the real cause of your back ache.
His employer plans on appealing.
Moo…

Thanks. I loved your take on this.
I’m against universal health care on principle, but if Obama promises that disgusting fat pigs won’t be covered, I’m on board.
I love how this fat slob is also “trying to quit smoking”. Of course he is. Please God, let him suffer a fatal heart attack before the surgery.
