At the healthcare rally I helped organize last month, one of the left-wing loons was carrying a sign that read, “healthcare is a civil right.”
There’s a major flaw in that thinking. Healthcare does not exist without the labor of others, and you have no “right” to the labor of others. Well, unless you believe in the Marxist Doctrine.
The proletariat class thinks otherwise.
They think that somehow, the bourgeoisie class owes them something. They don’t, but facts being what they are, that’s the hard truth. The amazing thing is they’re being led by people in congress that don’t know what it’s like to gruel away 40, 50, maybe even 70 hours a week to make ends meet. They have them convinced that healthcare is “their right.”
Later today, Obama is going to take the stage before a joint session of congress and tell them once again how they need to lift up thy neighbor and pass Obamacare. Personally, I don’t think it has a snowball’s chance in hell.
Obama has never offered up a plan of his own. There are so many plans moving through committee I’ve lost track. One of the latest is from Democratic Senator Max Baucus, and it contains provisions to fine families upwards of $3800 for failing to buy health insurance.
Tonight, Obama will parade a pig in lipstick, (public option) and call it a healthcare plan for the uninsured, the proletariat class, the children, etc.
I’m giving odds that Obama fails the same way Clinton did in his “Hillary Care” reform speech before congress in 1993.
One can only hope.

You are right. And history will try to repeat itself. The proletariat is being handed promises of ‘wine and cheese’ to be stolen from the upper class. They are told they are hungry and need Obama to feel fulfilled.
Without the opposition, i.e. Conservatives, they will try to rise against the very hands that truly make the economy work. They are blinded by the shining light of false promises of a self-anointed ‘savior’.
The one difference between our society and those of historically Marxist regimes is that our memory isn’t clouded by ‘lack of information’ (in conflict with propaganda). In spite of Obama’s remarks last night, where he says there is misinformation, that is exactly the process that will save us.
Because of the courage of real media; because of the courage of conservatives; and because of the resistance to ‘change’ which is spread via places like this… we can prevail.
Hitler promised change, too.
