Liberal hypocrisy – You can’t attend a town hall meeting without a photo ID

Oh, this takes the cake. Texas Democrat Congressman Eugene Green has this posted on his congressional web site.
But when it comes to showing a photo ID to vote, well guess what?
My suggestion to his constituents would be to take their Sam’s Club card, or better yet, their AARP cards.
One thought. I suppose now he won’t be able to pack the house with illegal immigrants.
I can’t wait for 2010.

They seem to have confused “safety” and PROPAGANDA..haven’t they?
“Papahz, plees! Ve must haf your papahz!” Sure smells cheesy to me. How does this help their problem with angry voters, unless they’re trying to put together a database to keep tabs on them, maybe? Just showing photo ID does nothing to simmer down the outrage, but it’s probably to intimidate people anyway. Add to that his hypocrisy in his voting record on IDs, and it’s too funny.
