The Obamassiah has promised that “if you like your health plan, you can keep it,” That’s a load of horseshit. If either of the two liberal Obamacare bills in Congress passes, you would be forced to switch to a managed-care plan with limits on your access to unnecessary things like tests and visits to specialists.
The socialist mission is to level the playing field when it comes to healthcare consumption. In other words, everybody gets the same coverage, no hogging healthcare because you can afford a better package than say, Joe the wino down on the street corner. Obama is once again penalizing success, and rewarding failure.

If a family of four makes less than $88,000 per year, they’ll get some form of guberment assistance. Make more than that? You pay for ALL of it.
If you’re old, (not sure what old is), you’ll be required to attend a counseling session every five years. If you’re old and sick or go into a care facility, you’ll have to go more often so they can talk to you about end-of-life care , how to end your life so you’re not a burden on the system.
‘‘Advance Care Planning Consultation
‘‘(hhh)(1) Subject to paragraphs (3) and (4), the term ‘advance care planning consultation’ means a consultation between the individual and a practitioner described in paragraph (2) regarding advance care planning, if, subject to paragraph (3), the individual involved has not had such a consultation within the last 5 years. Such consultation shall include the following:
‘‘(A) An explanation by the practitioner of advance care planning, including key questions and
considerations, important steps, and suggested people to talk to.
‘‘(B) An explanation by the practitioner of advance directives, including living wills and durable
powers of attorney, and their uses.
‘‘(C) An explanation by the practitioner of the role and responsibilities of a health care proxy.
Insurance companies will be forced out of the market, well except for providing certain coverage for people like Bruce Jenner or Michael Jackson.
SEC. 104. PROHIBITION AGAINST DUPLICATING COVERAGE.
(a) In General- It is unlawful for a private health insurer to sell health insurance coverage that duplicates the benefits provided under this Act.
(b) Construction- Nothing in this Act shall be construed as prohibiting the sale of health insurance coverage for any additional benefits not covered by this Act, such as for cosmetic surgery or other services and items that are not medically necessary.
High points:
The free market will no longer determine what providers can charge.
(C) STATE PHYSICIAN PRACTICE REVIEW BOARDS- The State director for each State, in consultation with representatives of the physician community of that State, shall establish and appoint a physician practice review board to assure quality, cost effectiveness, and fair reimbursements for physician delivered services.
Meaning, no longer will they allow competition on the open market. Obama and Co. will decide what they charge. How long before we start losing healthcare professionals? It gets worse.
(2) FEE FOR SERVICE
2(ii) The goal of ensuring that physicians, clinicians, pharmacists, and other medical professionals be compensated at a rate which reflects their expertise and the value of their services, regardless of geographic region and past fee schedules.
So the cost of living in Indianapolis for example doesn’t matter. They may decide that a fair wage for a nurse is the wage paid in Bluffton, Indiana.
Other scary items.
- A new guberment unit will select the plan it thinks is in your best interest, and you’ll be forced to enroll in one of these so-called “qualified plans.”
- If currently have a healthcare package from your employer they will have a five-year “grace period” to move you into Obamacare.
- At any point where something in your insurance changes, for example copay or deductible levels, you’ll b forced to switch to Obamacare.
- You will have to prove to the IRS that you’re in Obamacare or face being fined upwards of several thousand dollars, and then they will automatically enroll you into Obamacare.

SEC. 401. TAX ON INDIVIDUALS WITHOUT ACCEPTABLE HEALTH CARE COVERAGE.IN GENERAL.—Subchapter A of chapter 1 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by adding at the end the following new part:
‘‘PART VIII—HEALTH CARE RELATED TAXES ‘‘SUBPART A. TAX ON INDIVIDUALS WITHOUT ACCEPTABLE HEALTH CARE COVERAGE.
‘‘Subpart A—Tax on Individuals Without Acceptable Health Care Coverage ‘‘Sec. 59B. Tax on individuals without acceptable health care coverage.
‘‘SEC. 59B. TAX ON INDIVIDUALS WITHOUT ACCEPTABLE HEALTH CARE COVERAGE.
20 ‘‘(a) TAX IMPOSED.—In the case of any individual who does not meet the requirements of subsection (d) at any time during the taxable year, there is hereby imposed a tax equal to 2.5 percent of the excess of ‘‘(1) the taxpayer’s modified adjusted gross income for the taxable year, over ‘‘(2) the amount of gross income specified in section 6012(a)(1) with respect to the taxpayer.

Take a chill pill dude. There’s nothing racist about it. You just don’t get it. Obama’s a witch doctor and he’s going to ruin this country if this health care plan ever sees the light of day. I thought the picture was damn funny when it was emailed to me over a month ago, and I’ve been sent it more than 5-6 times since.

I contribute to this blog from time-to-time, and I resemble your statement in the eyes of most liberal democrats.
While I did not write the piece, I thought it was amazingly informative and further drives home the point that Obama is taking us down the path of socialism. Your over-sensitive feelings about the picture must have blinded you when it came to the content of the post.
Do you really want to be forced to pay for something you don\’t want or need? I sure as hell don\’t.
As for the witch doctor picture, it depicted Obama in a perfect light. Get over it already.
What is scary is that the rich will still find a way to get the best care money can buy and the rest of us will be left with a VA style system to suffer in. Just goes to show dems and obama don\’t care about the poor, they just want the poor to depend on them for everything.
