The NY Senate has been at a stalemate for over four weeks and nothing has been passed. Both parties hold separate sessions on the same floor. Because NY does not have a Lt. Governor, ties cannot be broken. Reps not working with Dems, Dems not working with Reps . . . everyone in that legislature is childish! Even the Dem governor has demanded that every legislator's pay be frozen.
