Chris: You just came up with the real names of 1) a former city councilman, 2) a present city couincilman, 3) #2′s partner who is paid to be council for one of our city’s commissions, and 4) one of our city attorneys. I always thought they were using AKA’s!

perhaps ft wayne should have talked to hardball’s attorneys, Dewey Cheatem and Howe, or barry’s laywers, Ben Dover and Phil McCrevice.

To date the Tin Caps have had 177,782 paid attendees, which, assuming an average ticket price of $8, results in a conservative $1.5 million in income. Add to this the estimated 40% profit on a gross of over $2.5 million on concessions ($1 million) and Hardball has $2.5 million to cover their costs of operation(remember the city pays all utility costs!). They pay nothing for use of Parkview Field. And yet it appears that they can’t afford a $.44 postage stamp or two!
Is it possible that our mayor is being offered Chris Dodd type concessions on his condo in The Harrison in exchange for keeping the emails secret?
Just when is this stuff going to stop?
