The monthly bike ride of law breaking cyclist hits the streets again tonight starting at 7:30 from Lawton Park. Last month one rider was arrested [video].
One tactic riders at CM events use is “corking”, which consists of one or more riders blocking traffic so that the mass can proceed freely, (albeit illegally) through red lights without interruption.
It will be interesting to see if they head back downtown as they did last month. The incident last month started as riders rode through the traffic that was attempting to get to Parkview Field. There’s a game tonight.
