		<description>My dad during the Helmke days was the attorney for the board of health and he had a case where he had to sue an Amish &quot;restaurant&quot; because they refused to get BoH license, but also refused to stop opening their restaurant to the public.  That was probably my second favorite story he ever told me about practicing law.</description>
