Glenn Beck hits Connecticut AG Blumenthal’s brain out of the park
Posted by AWB in PoliticsThis video is worth watching if you’ve been following the AIG bonus debacle. Beck slams the Connecticut AG for using his position for political gain.
“Look, you know what you have done, know what you have done?” Beck said. “You have – you are an insult to George Washington, sir. George Washington made it very clear that we are a respecter of laws, not of men. For your own political gain, you have decided to go after these people at AIG because it is a popular thing.”
Blumenthal, a democrat by the way, goes on to claim the AIG executives were “undeserving” of the bonuses. It’s 11:30 long, but worth watching. Blumenthal is knee-deep shit during this interview.

I saw that yesterday, and I thought that was a MARVELOUS “dress-down” of the CT-AG!
(poor guy didn’t know whether to crap his britches or go blind…and I loved it!)

They’re civil SERVANTS for God’s sake!
They don’t “run the manor house”.
Excellent video, and hopefully, a sign of a much more enlightened and informed media.
