A water park and IMAX theatre would go a lot farther then a stadium. But unless we drum up some more higher paying manufacturing jobs in this city, they would sit empty also.

And Tom Didier was the swing vote that put Tim Pape on the Economic Redevelopment Commission over Mitch Harper.
Mr. Pape was one of the major pushers for Harrison Square where his law firm was involved. What new project does Mr. Pape have on his agenda?
Didier is a disappointment.

Keep one thing in mind, downtown Greensboro has more than 1,000 retail shops, restaurants and service businesses to help draw people downtown. How many does Fort Wayne have?

this is what i've said long before the pyramid scheme of harrison square was conceived. the project won't revitalize downtown, it will put a cannonball through it.
