Mr. Pape was one of the major pushers for Harrison Square where his law firm was involved. What new project does Mr. Pape have on his agenda? Didier is a disappointment. How many does Fort Wayne have? this is what i've said long before the pyramid scheme of harrison square was conceived. the project won't revitalize downtown, it will put a cannonball through it.
