We supposedly have over 100 homeless people in Fort Wayne, according to the city web site. Here’s an idea for Harrison Square, create a homeless campground using these cute little tents on wheels.

  3. A trailer park might work. It would certainly be interesting to see prefab housing next to skyscrapers.

    All they need are solar-powered DIGITAL (can’t forget that) Televisions…so they can ALL be entertained.
    (I’m sure the Gov’t can get COUPONS for THAT, too.)

  7. What about those paper houses that cost 5,000 dolllars and can provide plumbing for up to 8 people? There are open, eat-in kitchens too. I saw it on yahoo yesterday.
