I suppose you could add the High Performance Government Network fiasco also - another one we will be paying for for years in the future - How many city employee hours per year are involved in this Mickey Mouse, unmeasured (really UNmeasurable) waste of time??? Per all the rhetoric about how HPGN is saving Fort Wayne more money than it's cost to us, the ineffectiveness of these employees in doing their assigned job because of the time spent in this training is never included . Also, members of the administration tell us that HPGN "facilitates" the actions of city departments. Per a dictionary, "facilitate" means "to make easier". Does "easier" mean "less costly" ? Please tell us the answer in this case in point.
