BOSTON (AP) – An immigration lawyer for President-elect Obama’s aunt says she wants to fight a deportation order and stay in the United States.
The Associated Press found that [Obama's] Zeituni Onyango (zay-TUHN on-YANG-oh) is staying with relatives in Cleveland after fleeing her public housing apartment in Boston. She had been living there for five years.
So does that mean she’s on the lam?
Onyango, who is Obama’s father’s half-sister, was ordered to leave the country in 2004 by an immigration judge who rejected her request for asylum from her native Kenya.
Asylum from what?
It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

“Asylum from what?”
This is Kenya we’re talking about… half the African nations have some sort of ethnic purge going on at some point. (You might, perhaps, google for “Kenyan Violence” to see plenty of examples of what we’re talking about here).
I’ve seen this with a former co-worker where he went home to his native country to go to his father’s funeral. The moment he got off the plane he was arrested because — essentially — he was from the wrong tribe.
So, yeah, there’s plenty to seek asylum from.
What has she got to hide from her kin Bloody Ralia odinga is the one doing all the killing and to stop him they had to share the goverment with him by making him Prime Minister,now why would she be afraid of her own family To return to kenya,why because they won’t give her a nice apartment to live in,in kenya or give her a job that she shouldn’t have had in the frist place,or been able to donate 260.00 dollars to Obama’s campaign fund which is as illegal as she is?for 5 years she has defiiedthe orders that she must return to Kenya and she has no intention of obeying this laws or any other until she put on the plane back to where she came from.This is why we have a problem in America we have let the polticains get by with not enforcing the laws of immigration and now obama wants to make them all citizens,we had this Ammenesty once ,it didn’t work then and we must tell our represntives to start enforcing the laws that we have to live by ,and so should any Illegals that has tried to get a free ride on the backs of America by trying to achive this citizenship through an illegal means.These illegals who have no fear of being deported because obama wants their vote and willing to give them all the rights to programs that americans have been paying for.while they refuse to help pay for the services they have been getting,and taking their wages to their own country and not spend it here to help the economy that has helped them and now Obama wants to give them even more.
It’s time to put a stop to this hole in the bucket and ENFORCSE THE IMMIGRATION LAWS ?Send them all back and let them start the process on becomming legal citizens,because no matter what fines they want to impose it won’t be enough for the years that they have robbed the American people and them selves of the chance to become American citizens.It’s like the crimmal that has for years gotten away with cimes that he has been commiting for years and then gets caught and is given a fine and probation and released after a short imprisonment?To continue the same thing he was doing.It’s not enough?They should be made to do it like all the rest of those who became citizens?To give these people the walk over devalues the time and process that others were made to do to become U.S citizens.
