Breaking: Missing child alert

UPDATED 1:58 PM: The child has been safely located, was found at a park on a swing.

UPDATED 1:52 PM: Fort Wayne Fire Dept and Parks Dept have joined in the search. An Amber Alert has not been issued.

Just came across the police scanner:

Missing white male, approximately 4 1/2 feet tall. Wearing brown jacket, brown shirt and answers to Iverson. Chubby face, 100 lbs and is a special needs child. I have not heard the age yet.

I could not get a fix on the location, it may be in the Apple Glen Shopping area.
