First, everyone needs to get off their butts and vote. This will one will be their future on so many fronts.

Being a Catholic I have to wonder what Catholics see in Obama and the Democrats this time around.

1- Obama supported partial birth abortions. Does a everyone know what this is? If you where not a doctor and did this you would face FIRST DEGREE MURDER charges!

2- Obama went weekly to a church for 20 years that sprewed hatred for whites, our form of government, and the life styles of anyone but his belief. He has no tolerance for anyone. You DO NOT set and listen to this grabage for 20 years and then when you are running for office reject it.

3- Obama supports Church-State seperation but only as he sees it. He is using churches across the land to promote voting for him. He sees churches to further his twisted agenda that has moved around more in two years then stock market crash.

4- He supports Charter Schools but not vouchers. The thing he does not tell people is many of his church supporters use dummy groups between the church and charter schools they support. Yet, he finds allowing people to select a Catholic School is out of bounds. Keep in mind nearly 100% of Catholic schools today do not require any faith requirements or taking part in services.

5- Study history and one of the first things Socialist types of government is curtail the expression faith.

I am far from being a bible carrying Catholic. I daily question some issues that the Pope addresses. I know I will answer to God when my time comes and I am prepared to do that.

Each Catholic needs to look at all of their core values. Heck, if Hillary Clinton was running the odds are pretty good I would be voting for her. She is a person who has a record of working with others, she has a record of trying to deliver on what she says she will try to get done, and fully engages people of faith. Obama has no real record, has never delivered on one major issue in his politicial career, and could care less about my faith.

Cut the crap and vote with your brain. We all have seen great talking salesmen and laywers that proved to be far from what they claim to me. But then it was too late!

  2. “He has also gone from an 11-point deficit to a 9-point lead among Catholics.”

Perhaps the most encouraging point of the article. It appears my fellow Catholics are waking up to the fact that Mr. Obama is unequivocally “the most extreme pro-abortion candidate to have ever run on a major party ticket.”

Responsibility for educating the flock lies predominently in the hands of the local bishop. Around 50 US Catholic Bishops have attempted to correct Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden when “these two â??Catholicâ?? politicians deliberately distorted the Catholic position on abortion.” As more bishops openly assert church teaching that “abortion is intrinsically evil,” “must always be opposed,” and that “eliminating abortion is our preeminent goal,” one hopes and prays this truth becomes clear.
