I agree that the funding source is important in determining if there are any "hidden agendas". Right Mr. Rost?

I find is more than a little humorous (and bizarre) that this article is accompanied by a 'Barack Obama Ringtones' ad.

The only polls that matter are the ones that open at 6am on November 4th.

I'm getting a feeling that this will be an upset along the lines of "Dewey Defeats Truman". :)

Oh, how true....

Just like the "overnight" polls completed with regards to Biden-Palin debate. The debate got over at 10:30 EST. Then they started calling the east coast? Unless you know the beliefs of those polled would mean even less. Who knows if they reached 40-60 mix GOP or Democrat. What percentage where true Indpendents?

What a bunch of garbage.....

Polling can be done fairly well but the thing is you need to reach the right mix of people within hours of each other. A rolling three day polling is hardly valid in the hourly newscycle we live in today.

Even trying to figure out how the Biden-Palin debate figured would be swayed by what people heard and read the next day. The he bailout and what news bites where ran on the electronic media could sway what they thought from the night before.

Polling today is almost useless. It is not like when we have a daily newscyle. Today we have hourly or even minute cycle.

Nice post Dan
