Isn't the mayor supposed to provide the "strong action"? We're facing historical revenue shortfalls and he doesn't bother to cut spending? I'm sure you all know what that means right? A tax increase is on the way. And if you wait to speak out until the 2010 budget cycle it will be too late - the cuts will be too deep and the public will be duped into accepting the tax increase. This, obviously, is the mayor's plan... Here’s my favority part:
