Isn&#039;t the mayor supposed to provide the &quot;strong action&quot;? We&#039;re facing historical revenue shortfalls and he doesn&#039;t bother to cut spending?

I&#039;m sure you all know what that means right? A tax increase is on the way. And if you wait to speak out until the 2010 budget cycle it will be too late - the cuts will be too deep and the public will be duped into accepting the tax increase. This, obviously, is the mayor&#039;s plan...</description>
