I just do not get it. I like you enjoyed seeing some of the “old events” returning and they drew the people. I think this “BOARD” owes the residents of Fort Wayne a better answer they offered.

Maybe they should hold interviews at the Fort Wayne Childrens Zoo. That way they can maybe find a monkey they can train…..

Life sucks when something like the TRF gets political. Whatever happened to the fun? The innocense? Gone like my childhood I guess… sigh…

I remember a former co-student at IPFW had been involved with TRF for a few years. That individual basically said that in order to get funding for your project meant playing the games, jumping through the hoops – whatever you want to call it – to become official. The implication was very clear that politics ruled on the TRF board. Don’t cross them or you’ll never see the money.

Seems that:
“If it ain’t ‘PC’…we ain’t tryin’ hard enough”!

And the dominos keep falling – with the TRF being the latest victim.
Personally, I’d find some way to disband this “board” in lieu of some folks that REALLY know what the people WANT (which is NOT politics in entertainment).
Hey, Dan…time to start “calling out” these TRF board members…
…go get ‘em!
