John McCain holds a 10-point lead over Barack Obama among likely Florida voters who are older than 55 — 51 percent to Obama’s 41 percent, according to a recent Quinnipiac University poll.
- The latest Gallup daily tracking poll, (July 29-31), that showed the two candidates tied at 44 per cent, Obama’s slipping.
- Rasmussen Reports
Date: 7/30/08: McCain, is viewed favorably by 65% of Alaska voters, up two points from the previous survey and up eight since June. - Mississippi: McCain 52%, Obama 41%
- Texas: McCain 52%, Obama 44%
- Nebraska: McCain 55%, Obama 36%
- A poll completed for two Missouri television stations show John McCain leading in that critical swing state by 49 to 44 percent.
Obama can feel the heat. On Friday he said he would be willing to compromise on his position against offshore drilling. Of course, he said that as he began campaigning in Florida and AFTER the release of a poll that shows 60 percent of Florida voters favor drilling offshore in currently protected areas. Oh hell I bet Pelosi just loves that.
- In Oklahoma most of them know who they’re going to vote for, and it’s not Obama. The latest Oklahoma Poll of likely voters conducted July 19-23 found little support for Obama. McCain leads Obama by 32 percentage points, 56 percent to 24 percent.
- McCain has climbed into a virtual tie in Ohio and Florida and has nearly halved the presumptive Democratic nominee’s lead in Pennsylvania.
And now you have Obama’s buddy rap-singer Ludacris singing in his new song, “Hillary hated on you, so that bitch is irrelevant”, and later in the song Ludacris sings that blacks need to “get off their ass” and vote for Obama. What’s he implying with the last statement?
Of course Obama has now thrown Ludacris to the curb, just like he did Reverend Wright and so many others he once heaped praise upon.
