D.J. Sigler will not run for prosecutor

I occasionally run into D.J. Sigler at a local restaurant where he’s usually relaxing with a glass of wine after a hard day of lawyering. Several people have wondered if he planned a run for the democratic nod for Allen County Prosecutor, including yours truly. To refresh your memory, DJ is part of his father’s team (Dan Sigler) that is ~~prosecuting~~ persecuting Matt Kelty.

Last week I asked him if he planned on running. His reply was an emphatic “no, I do not”. I asked permission to quote him on the Blog and he granted it. It looks like the challenge for Karen Richards’ seat may have to come from the Republican side of the aisle.
