Why the Giants can win:

FACT: The Giants led the NFL with 53 sacks this season

FACT: The Giants’ offense has not turned the ball over this postseason

FACT: Eli Manning holds the NFL Record for most consecutive pass attempts without throwing an interception going into a Super Bowl.

FACT: Tom Brady led the NFL in passing yards, but Quarterbacks who have entered the Super Bowl leading in this category are 0-3 in NFL history.

FACT: Tom Brady is a Nancy-boy

Can’t wait for Sunday.

Fact # 5 is the best!!

If it were only that simple. We are talking Bill Belichick pro football’s greatest strategist; Randy Moss and Wes Welker with 210 catches for 2,800 yards and 31 touchdowns in a single season; and an offensive line that has allowed but 24 sacks in 18 games.

Did I mention that Brady’s league topping QB rating is over 117? By comparison Eli has a rating below 74.

    Pats by three touchdowns.

I think, and HOPE, that the Giants can win too.

The ONLY team in the NFL I cannot stand are the Patriots. (I even hated them BEFORE they were caught cheating).

  4. Derek Allen says:

Thanks for pointing out everything that Sportscenter has the last two weeks. Come on, something new!!!

  5. Bob G. says:

…Not to mention that Peter Griffin once played for the Pats…LOL!
    Shipoopi!
    (that should be reason enough)
And do the names Y.A.Tittle, Sam Huff and Phil Simms ring any bells?
    Prediction:
Giants (by as many as it takes to win).
Patriots (because of their name & the fix is already in)

    (it’s called CYA, folks)

    ;)

    BG….”Shipoopi!” ????

You been watching The Music Man again?

  7. Toby Mac says:

    Dan,

    You are the man.

  8. Tim,
BG was referring to the “Family Guy” episode in which Peter Griffin plays as a center for the Patriots. In one scene, he recovers a fumble and scores a TD. But instead of a touchdown dance, he performs a well coreographed rendition of “Shipoopi”.
