The smoking ban has increased Fort Wayne’s carbon footprint, since most bars have built smoking patios with propane and gas-fired patio heaters.

In the United Kingdom it’s estimated that the country-wide smoking ban has increased emissions by 260,000 tons.

That’s good news, since I really hate the cold weather months here in Fort Wayne. Maybe this will help warm us all up ;)
