Instead of running from Michigan to Indianapolis, I-69 will eventually extend to Texas.

Just another link in place for the North American Union to begin destroying our country.
Say hello to Mexamerianada. Start cuying lots of ammo!!!!
I was told by one state rep that there is going to be a move after the new portion of I-69 is complete to turn the rest of 69 into a toll road.
The promise to the counties where the old I-69 runs through will recieve a share of the toll money to maintain roads connecting directly to I-69.
I had a friend contact a other couple state reps to see if they would verify this “ballon” being floated. They both said they did not know if they had heard the story or not.
Dah…. I would have figured the answer would be either yes or no. No knowing is not an answer to the question.
So you have been warned that tollways may soon be coming to us.
Just think, for every 14 gas goes up the state gets one more penny out of your pocket. The Gov must think of hearing the sales tax dollars coming in from fuel alone sounds like someone playing a slot machine, and winning.
As much as I was in favor of leasing the toll road to get the money to do projects like this, I think Fort Wayne blew it on this. We fought and fought and fought to stop the leasing of the tollway when we could have negotiated a a deal to bring some significant dollars to NE Indiana – and I’m not talking widening US 24. Instead, the beneficiaries of the leasing of the toll road will be Bloomington, Evansville, and Indianapolis. Until we can get some people in Indy to represent this area and fight for us – we will continue to get screwed.

Well then the Gov can remember that are votes may go the person running against him. He is the one that pulled the “already funded Fort to Port” project in order to pressure people from here to support the lease.
He also held up the funding of the final phases of the I-69 lane additions here in Allen County during the toll road lease push. This project was not a result of toll road lease.
In order to strip off more money for projects that help his home area of Indianapolis he had the interchanges changed on the US24 project.
One does not have to think very hard to figure out that I will not vote for a man who has screwed over my part of the state so badly.
J.Q. taxpaye- How about providing us with some proof of the accusations you made toward the Governor.
