Unfortunately even your own home. That is one reason I NEVER leave my kids unattended. I hate going to the public pools in the summer for work and seeing all this kids dropped off by parents who drive away. It sickens me to think about these little girls "tramping" around the pool and potential or convicted child molesters checking them out. Unfortunately too many parents think if lifeguards are around, it's okay to leave them. Drowning is not the only thing that could happen. You would never forgive yourself if it happened to your child because of your negligence! Maybe I'm too strict, but my kids are always within my eyesight!
