Do you know of any specific statistics for Fort Wayne or Allen County…

Are they actually employed AT the newspaper or are they delivering newspapers? That would be another job I would think that a sex offender would not be allowed to have. Delivering newspapers. While delivering papers, they would know where the kids live, play, etc. CREEPY!
