AZ makes an excellent point. When they do it, it’s a horrible “sneak attack;” when we do it, it’s launching Operation Infinite Justice Iraqi Freedom Desert Storm using the element of surprise.
FDR put ‘em up to it; and both he and St. Winston Churchill were tickled pink when it happened. May they both rot in hell.

I would have responded to these insane comments on Mr. Rouse’s blog but he most likely would not have posted my comments. He prefers to have discussions with those of like mind (or rather lack thereof) on his blog.
At any rate, comments like these give us an insight to the paranoid liberal mind and agenda. AZ goddess implies we are as bad or worse than our enemies. Once again, blame America while you live here and enjoy it’s freedoms. Typical.
I’m especially taken aback by Bartleby’s suggestion FDR and Churchill were in on Pearl Harbor. That’s not just a different view of politics, that’s a clear case of not enough blood getting to the brain. It absolutely baffles me how people like this expect to be taken seriously on any subject. It’s one thing to disagree with your government, but to believe they are responsible for attacks on ourselves is just plain freakin’ stoopid.

There is a credible theory that Churchhill knew about the attack and didn’t let FDR in on it so we would enter the war against the axis. Its insane to think FDR was in on it. I don’t get why these lefties would attack FDR. He was as left as they came in his day.

…The Japanese DID mislead us, but due to the time difference, there was a mixup with the ambassador in D.C. vs Hawaiiian time…everything was supposed to coincide with the attack on Pearl…meaning the ambassadors were to walk away from further discussion..
And the Japanese messages were multi-part (I think 12-13 parts total) with not every part decoded AND translated by the U.S. G2 boys…
There is NO “conspiracy” with FDR & Churchill….especially after the (UK) Chamberlain “talks” (read fiasco) in 1938 w/Hitler…we ALL learned how THAT wound up less than a YEAR later…
So much for “talking” with your enemies (like Iran)…eh?
