Michael J. Christman to be new Publisher of Fort Wayne Newspapers

The publisher of two West Virginia newspapers will become the chief executive officer of Fort Wayne Newspapers.

Michael J. Christman has been named publisher of the News-Sentinel and CEO of Fort Wayne Newspapers, Ogden Newspapers announced today.

Ogden owns the News-Sentinel and is a partner with The Journal Gazette Co. in Fort Wayne Newspapers, the newspapers’ business agent.

Christman is publisher of two Ogden publications, The Parkersburg News and The Parkersburg Sentinel in Parkersburg, W.Va. He has worked for the company since 1990.
