Our host, the proprietor of this fine muckraking establishment, has been standing in the wings for months now awaiting an answer from the Allen County Prosecutor on just who is running around the south end of town shooting at attorneys.
That said, the cowboy and attorneys game did seem to come an an abrupt end …. imagine that.
But without any arrests?
And thus without any prosecutions?
Who has failed us, Detective Columbo or Jack McCoy?
The police or the local prosecutor?
Looks to be the police, since no arrest has ever been made?
